FAQs

A: Our organization serves income-qualified households in the Denver Metro Area. If you are eligible for any state or federal benefit programs, you will be eligible for our free services. If you do not currently receive any benefits, Call or email us to receive more information on income eligibility for a free energy and water assessment.

A: During an energy and water assessment, a small team analyzes your home’s energy and water devices and installs more efficient fixtures when able. These include LED lightbulbs, water-efficient showerheads and sink aerators, programmable thermostats, and ultra-high-efficiency toilets. The team will also provide educational tips to help you save even more and refer you to other community partners that provide additional free services. These appointments typically last between 45 minutes – 1 hour.

A: We serve both renters and owners.

A: Depending on the size of your apartment complex, you may still qualify. Free energy and water assessments are available to those who live in an apartment building with 7 or fewer units.
